Waste of Time and Money

Their advertisement and sites are incredible! You would think with that said the ambiance and service would be also. No, sorry to burst your bubble....They are arrogant and rude. They have no style and when you ask for them to style, cut, or color your hair a certain way, they do what they want. Just because they are on Miracle Mile doesn't give them the right to charge a fortune for what they do...For the amount you pay, you should be purchasing a complete make over! I highly DO NOT recommend this salon! I hope they took a picture of me, because I will never return!

I have had three haircuts here and I will not go anywhere else. The entire staff is warm, welcoming, and extremely talented. Each time I have been, a different person has cut my hair, and each time without fail, they did a stellar job. The products they use are wonderful as well.
