I would not recommend Dr. Parent as your dental provider. First of all, I made the decision to go to Dr. Parent based on a recommendation from a friend. After a few routine check-ups, cleanings, and crown work, I ended up with a collection agency harassing me for a bill that was not appropriately sent to my insurance company. Dr. Parent's staff sent my insurance claim to the wrong insurance company, and instead of working to correct it, they just turned the bill over to collections. My insurance would have covered 50% of this bill (which I would pay, but now my paycheck is being withheld...

Dr. Mary Kay Parent is a great family dentist who worked very hard to get where she is today. She has her own practice and is professional at her craft because she really cares about her patients,myself being one of them. Her office staff is friendly and the hygentists are just as professional as she is. I would highly reccomend Dr. Mary Kay Parent as a family dentist for people of all ages!

I hate dentists, but she is pretty cool. No pain and she knows what she is doing. I would go to no other dentist, she is wonderful.
