Parco style cafe is my favorite place to eat in Nashville. It can be a little pricey but if you go at lunch the price is less. Try the veggie burger, it's what they're known for and there is a reason. I worked at Parco's briefly as a summer job and Mr & Mrs. Fu are both great! Chef Fu always made sure the quality of the food from prep to presentation was perfect. The grouper is to die for and...

I will be back and will bring friends. The food is exquisite, original, and fresh. I went early (~5:30) on Friday and the vibe is about as disjointed as you could expect for a 4 star restaurant in a basement on Printer's Alley. Plus, I ate at the bar.
