This company scheduled a delivery date then didn't show up. I took a day off from work to be at home for the 11a-5p window. Then they tried to charge us a storage fee for 3 days of storage secondary to their mistake. When our item was finally delivered it was left on the sidewalk outside the house attached to a wooden platform. We called the company to ask that the excess material was removed from our property and they were not helpful. I was unable to reach a manager throughout this horrible process.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! They only get 1 start because its the lowest score available. First, they call me to arrange the delivery. We agree on a date and I take off from work and arrange childcare to be home from 11a-5p. They never show up. I call at 5 and they tell me "oh well it wasn't updated so its coming tomorrow". I couldn't take a second day off from work and told them I would have to call...
