We had an issue a few months before this with Papa John's and poor customer service. Finally decided to give it another shot. Food was delivered, walked it into my kitchen where I discovered it was the wrong order (someone else's) but driver already down the road. called to try to get them to catch her....when I answered they immediately...
We called in our order as we were traveling on our way to Cumberland Caverns TN.
The staff was super friendly and helpful. But best of ALL, the pizzas were ready on time and every one was the correct order.
What I really appreciated was the friendliness of the staff. They all deserve a big Thank you!
The pizza was soggy and it was tasteless. They need some help if they plan on getting customers back. Also, it was on the expensive side.
Pizza arrived with so little cheese it appears that we ordered it light light cheese. I contacted the manager she said that's our standard. So my new standard it's to use Dominos from now on
