Absolutely awful. Overpriced, rude, and incompetant. $600 to come out and diagnose a water heater. They swapped out some parts, but still could not fix it. The plumber spent half the time tagging my pipes, furnace, cabinets and appliances with PANN stickers. They wanted another $1600 (factoring in a $200 "discount") to replace the water heater.
