Panevino has gotten better and better. My wife and I ate in the bar, wanting to try something new. We were extremely pleased with the improvements seen since early June. the salads are easily the best in Hampton Roads, and so is the pizza (sorry Fellinis!). My husband and I absolutely loved this restaurant. I think it was very "quaint and charming". Every aspect of the restaurant lead to this, from the waiters and hostess, who were the friendliest I have ever seen to the atmosphere they worked hard to create in the decor.
