Food is usually okay if they get it right but the delivery service is a joke. Been waiting an hour and I live 1.25 miles away. How about you schedule 2 drivers instead of 1

Note to Panera:. If you have many people working, do not only schedule one on prep. Also, train you staff to be professional, to check on orders, and not other call people "sweetie". I walked in....
