I called prior to place my order and the woman who answered sounded kind of rude so I was expecting bad customer service. When I got there the manager Preston helped me he was friendly, great personality must say I was very happy with his customer serviceHe even checked on us when we were eating to make sure we were satisfied.

Slowest EVER. Takes around 20 minutes to fulfill an order in a slow restaurant and everything is wrong and their ingredients are cheap and not like other Panera corporate locations. I got microwave bacon, processed cheap grocery store turkey, and processed cheap cheddar cheese on my bacon turkey bravo. They're supposed to at least use gouda. I couldn't even eat it.

Felt like the cafeteria of a hospital. Salads are ok, but sandwiches are simply an insult. 1/2 sandwiches range from $7 and up, and full sandwiches are $9.50 and up. 1/2 sandwiches are competing with happy meal at other restaurants.
