Panera Bread

Never again. Just was accused today (5/7/20) of lying. I did not get a cup of soup and called. Lady on other side did not believe me and actually had to send pictures of my bags. Then she hung up on me. We try to help local businesses during this time and get treated like this. Never again, disgusting.

I paid $8.50 for a cup of soup and a side salad that’s filled only 1/2 up? What a joke! This isn’t the first time this location has messed up my order and I’ve driven back for a remake ; Only tonight , it’s snowing so I won’t be driving back. If you’re low on the romaine for Caesar , say so! I’ll order something else!
