I was at the Pandora store in the Westfield Mall in SF earlier today. The sales woman was useless and had an attitude (which she had NO business having--if you get my drift). No ribbon and it appeared to be a real EFFORT for her to find ANYTHING to put the charm in. Just didn't need the experience first thing this morning. Blah!
