I never had any problems with my orders. They always came on time with the options to be delivered (for free)by USPS or UPS if the order is over $85.00. They also provide tracking numbers which will be sent to your email if you created an account. My packages always came with free PANDORA boxes.
I gave my ratings 1 star less because they do not carry everything that are printed on the catalog.

Ordered two beads online. Ordered ups shipping to ensure shipment by holiday. Found out after the order was confirmed and billed only one bead was mailed by ups, the other by postal. Second bead did not arrive on time. Called to request refund for shipment charges. Management was rude, disrepectful and showed no concern or compassion. Did not take responsibility for fact that company does...
