Overall, it was not very pleasant unfortunately. We waited a long time, and did not have the food we wanted available. And some of our food came out cold, requiring re-heating.

The person there didn't even gave me a fortune cookie even though I waited for almost 7 or 10 minutes to get my order ready since she was busy getting other order ready for costumers that were waiting before me. You guys need to hire more people to get you front line fast.

I think I said it all earlier. It is rude to engage other employees and ignore the customer completely. It is even worse when you are speaking another language. Awkward!
