The store was busy. The tables and floor needed some attention. The portions given us for the to-go orders I noticed where much smaller than those served to customers that dined in.

The servers can be a little more excited, friendly, and courteous. And when giving a sample of a dish, they don't have to aim for the smallest piece (this has happened to me several times). You want to make the customers welcomed and valued, and have them feel like they're getting what they are paying for. Make it a rule to give the customers a generous serving when asking for a sample instead...

The staff was friendly enough, however my food was inaccurate. I had to wait in line for longer than normal, so while I understand that may be the case sometimes, I would've liked to at least receive my order correctly.
