I have been going to Pampered Day Spa since it first opened. Joy is a wonderful and talented woman. i buy microdermbrasion packages and get the best deal in Eastern Washington. She treats me like a queen. i am discouragd by some of the negative comments. i think we all have a bad day but that doesnt mean we are not good at our job. Joy is a hard worker and very dedicated to her profession. if...

I completely disagree with the negative reviews. I have always had wonderful service and experience at this spa. The owner and her massage staff are incredible and I prefer them to any spa in town. I feel comfortable and welcome every time I have an appointment. They also have the best spa prices!

Not sure, she canceled on us

Paid $260 for a spa treatment and she called 15 min before the appointment and canceled it. We had already dropped the kids at the baby sitter and everything.
