It took me 3 tries to find a primary care doctor that I clicked with, which could have happened anywhere. She really listens and makes me feel like a human being, not just a patient.

The Palo Alto Branch of the PAMF is a wonderful clinic but if you can avoid the Mt. View branch I would avoid it. T

The response time when you call the Mt. View branch is abysmal (and dangerous if you have an urgent, painful or emergency situation). The average wait time it takes until you are connected to an operator there is 5 minutes, and in the past year it has not been unusual to wait for... more

The docs we have seen here are all very good, and the front office is well-organized and courteous. Less crowded than the main PAMF in PA and often easier to deal with.
