Tips About This Business
Wine selection is broad, deep and surprisingly well-priced. Many of the best values are Californian, but the silken 1997 George Roumier Chambolle-Musigny is a French sleeper, with lovely licorice-like fruit.
If you're in the mood for a mixed drink or classic cocktail, head to the hotel's other bar, the Biltmore Lounge.
The Florida Sunrise Buffet, served every morning, features a wide variety of breakfast items including sausage, pastries and more.
Editorial Reviews from the web
In Short The Biltmore has seen Miami's fortunes rise, fall and rise again. Built in 1925 by George Merrick, who was inspired by the famous Giralda Tower at the Cathedral of Seville, the hotel was intended to be the ultimate resort for movie stars and the super-wealthy. Besides "Tarzan" and ballroom queen Ginger Rogers, Al Capone was a regular here, and you can still tour his...

The Scene You might miss this spot unless you know exactly where it is--and that's what most of the regular patrons are counting on. Nestled in a corner on the lobby floor of the Biltmore Hotel--on the adjact to the Palme D'or--is a dimly lit lounge with high ceilings and beautifully designed floors. Deep-cushioned chairs hug you as soft music creates ambience without interrupting...

In Short This opulent restaurant in the historic Biltmore Hotel is a magnificent bit of Gilded Age architecture that's been meticulously restored to its original 1925 glory. The dining room is a study in plush: mirrored columns, rich fabrics and crystal chandeliers abound. Chef Philippe Ruiz has command of his art down to the smallest detail. Wild turbot, roasted on the bone for...

There were 9 in our party (7 adults and 2 children), the waitress was impatient, and not very good at her job. We ordered drinks, and were missing one, one other was not the right one. We ordered 2 appetizers, and were brought 1 that we did not order, and it took about 20 mins to get someone (not our waitress, because she could not be found), to help. It took an additional 20 minutes to get...

This restaurants decor was made to resemble outer space, which may have looked cool back when they first built it out but the place is now falling apart. Its dark in there, most likely to make the place look better and so the customers won't see how dirty and unkept this place is. Lines are long and there is a cheesy space ride. Food was very very bland. McDonalds can even do better. This...

First of all is a charged admission, still trying to figure out why. The waitress wasn't friendly and she made us to pass the drinks each other. She didn't let us get the child menu for my 12 year daughter and friends, maybe in Mars a 12 years old is not a kid?. Then I find a bone in my breast chicken club sandwich and when I claim to the waitress about this she said chickens are supossed to...
