I had a desktop that was not working properly and brought it to Computer Pro. The place is small with numerous tvs and computers disassembled. The guy was willing to take a look at the pc, he open the computer and said it's the video card. I convinced him to do some test as I don't want to buy a new video card to find out that it was not the part. We moved the computer to the back then he says why don't you leave it here and I can come back later. Being that it was not my personal computer but the company computer with our machine prints and various other data I replied that I could not leave the computer there (because it wasn't my computer). The guy got all offended saying that I felt like he was going to steal our information (need to chill out). Went on to say that he wasn't my employee and to get out of his store. I told him thanks for taking a look and walked out. Perhaps, I could of said it "nicer" to not hurt his feelings. But it reminds me of an episode of Seinfeld, where depending on the mood of the Soup Nazi, he would either bless you soup or tell you to get outta there! (LOL) I agree with the other review, the guy was not very personable, I can't comment on his ability as he told me to get out!
Took my husbands laptop in last month. After spending time then and there to find the problems, was told it wasn't worth the $ to fix. Konstantine had a refurb. that was exactly same brand with better speeds etc. Priced right and he did all the upgrades and security. Was running pass his closing time (Sat.) so he delivered it to us on his way home. GREAT service and patience with us not so...
I highly recommend going to Konstantine for any computer, lap tops,, tv's, game consoles and more. He is very knowledgeable, fair priced, and fast, this is the only man i trust. Constantine is the best! If I have a computer problem and I am out of the state I still send it to him for repairs! Don't go to the big box store where they replace the whole mother board because they don't take the time to diagnose the problem like Constantine does!
Very Good Service! Professional and very helpful. Would recommend to other customers. My computer had a virus, I was unable to fix but this taken care an is working perfect.
