horrible patient skills both Dentist and some staff. Good luck with this. Recommend anyone else. I can't believe he even has a license...better check.

The front desk ladies weren't friendly at all!
When they finally called my name they proceeded me to one of the rooms where I waited for more than 30 mins. When finally doctor came in he barely talked to me just looked at my x-ray said something briefly and said that I have to another x-ray. He showed no interest in asking how I feel or anything like that, even though I had impacted wisdom...

Peggy the office manager is very rude and really has no skills in customer service . The only way I can fathom that she still works there is that she must be the dentists wife.First impressions are lasting and Dr. Carrao look at these reviews before you have no business because of her.
Wouldn't recommend this facility, especially if you are referred by your dentist.
