It's a nice place too bad it's 100 percent members only right down to the sports bar. They leave a lot of money on the table that World Golf Village is happy to collect.

Great neighborhoods but absolutely horrible internet service with litestream. We rent here currently and while we love the neighborhood and are considering buying I can't justify paying $ for a service that is not better than cable internet from 2005. My livelihood depends on internet connectivity and for some reason Palencia continues to find flaky internet and slow speeds acceptable for its...

The best place to live. We've lived in this neighborhood for the past 13 years and thankful everyday for friends, neighbors, activities and everything that it offers. I wouldn't live anywhere else.
