The staff was helpful and friendly.\n\nThe bathroom door wouldn't even begin to shut because of warping and old age. The sir conditioner didn't work very well. The location was ok, right off the main road, so a little noisy.

The rooms are theme decorated and we enjoyed that. We came for the hot springs. The rom was very nice and the bed was comfortable. Very clean. And the TV was nice and worked well. It was nice to have all the comfort of home with the kitchenette.

We enjoyed staying in the suite and the adjoinging room 21. We have a large family of six children. We were able to make meals in the oven- we found this cost effective and very accomodating. We also enjoyed swimming in the mineral hot springs and watching the deer in the park!

Not what I was expecting

Found incense all on the ground to mask the smell of the room. They taped your room key to the door for their check in with your name, completely unprofessional. Shower was so tiny you could barely move in it. Would not stay here ever again.
