Have lived here for 3 years and love it. The maintenance is very quick to respond and the building is well kept up. There is currently a homeless shelter behind the building, which has led to people living in the street next to the apartment building, but management and the church next to the building are trying to work on a solution.

We love living at the Packard. Beautiful views! The front room is just amazing. All of the front desk staff is so friendly and helpful. You have access to both the gym in the building and metro fit.
