When I'm downtown, I only watch movies here or at Cinerama; both by AMC. It might be because Pacific Place is newer and therefore nicer than other cinemas. But I love the northwest-themed atmosphere and how unique it feels compared to the typical multiplex one can get used to. For the same price as other theaters, AMC Pacific Place is the preferable choice downtown.
The Pacific Place theater is pretty good. Very state of the art and it's nice sized. The sound is pretty amazing. I love their stadium seating and their seats are comfortable. The theater rooms and facilities are kept clean. The customer service staff are pretty nice and helpful. It is one of my favorite theaters in seattle.

Not only is this theater located in a great shopping area, they have excellent customer service. This past summer, they had an ad for a midnight showing of Superman Returns and I and two of my friends headed down to partake in the adventures of Lois Lane and Clark Kent.
