I saw the bad reviews for this company, and since I have actually had them out to my house and working on my rental, I thought I would counter the bad reviews.

They are sooooo rude! They sent my payment to the wrong address so I hadn't recieved it. A rude woman called and asked me "what my excuse was" for not paying my bill. I hadn't even got the bill yet, and as I tried to explain to her, she was extremely rude, didn't listen and rather insult me over the phone. It's not like I couldn't afford the $100 dollar bill, they sent it to the wrong address. ...

I called to have my locks recoded and the person that answered the phone was so incredibly rude that I did not even bother enquiring about their services. Obvioulsy they are so busy that they do not need any other business!
