Sam was just as nice as can be, they were professional and not pushy at all, he communicated with us on everything. Our car looks great, everything has a lifetime warranty, and he gave us a percentage back on our deductible. If I crash the car again, we will definitively be going back to Sam.

I just have to say I was very pleased with the work done by Sam and his crew at Pacific Coast Auto Body Paint & Glass. They did what they said they would, on time and for the price they had quoted. They answered the phone promptly and either new the answer to my questions or got right back to me. I will be using them for all of my autobody work from now on. They did a great job
