William one of the managers here is exceptionally nice and is always willing to help and resolve any issue. The grounds are well kept with a few exceptions of trash mostly from kids (water balloons, candy wrappers etc.), but you're never going to get rid of that completely unless you live in a retirement …

Complex is very poorly run. Water is turned off about 3 times a month with no warning. Usually done on 1 Satuday a month. Office never has answers for any problems. Parking lot and lanscaping always has trash in it. Children playing in the streets throwing rocks all the time, yes at parked cars. Always …

My boyfriend and I moved here after our house caught fire a few months ago. So until it's fixed we are staying here.
