P.F. Chang's China Bistro Restaurant Review

P.F. Chang’s presents a refreshing and quite good alternative to the sauce-heavy Chinese fare you’d find in a local strip mall. Décor is modern, decorative and almost sophisticated. The menu features well-prepared and reasonably priced contemporary dishes. We are fans of the lettuce wraps as well as the pepper steak and orange peel chicken. We also like the option of either white or brown rice,...

This review was based on takeout experience. Food and service was actually pretty good, but I could not give four stars due to the inconvenience of not having a designated pick up spot....

Can't go wrong with PF Chang's. Everything is made from scratch in the kitchen and can be made to order to your liking. They have great food, beers on tap, and excellent service.

A restaurant chain founded in 1993 offering American Chinese cuisine in an upscale atmosphere. The elaborate décor is designed to give the impression of a Chinese village, with many restaurants in the chain displaying life-size replicas of the famous Xian terracotta soldiers.

Families swarm to this midpriced Chinese chain that plates "inventive" (some say "Americanized") eats, like its signature lettuce wraps plus gluten-free and vegan selections, in an "airy" setting "right out of the movies"; though cantankerous types feel they're "shouting at their dinner partners" and quibble with "commercial" fare and just "ok" service, it's always "crowded" nonetheless.
