I take a computer in for repair. I told the employee I wanted an estimate before I would authorize work. I was prepared to buy a new laptop if necessary because this laptop was about 3 years old. This is probably the nicest lay out in terms of a PC Shop in Roanoke.Average service, average prices.... well, not great prices if you're an online buyer like myself.Was disappointed; I was expecting???

The Blacksburg PC Land had poor customer service, the staff was very pushy and lacked proper knowledge to run a PC store. I don't even know why this place is still open.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
