If you have a choice DO NOT use P & H services. The President, Hilda is not an honest person. She will tell you one thing, then turn around and do something else, then charge you for everything. I asked about a 1000 questions regarding pricing and out of pocket expenses for an item. I clearly explained to her what I could pay and if it was more than that, to not order the item.
