Dr Chen has been our family doctor for 11 years and were very pleased. We have always been able to get an appointment within 24-48 hours. Hes funny and not stuffy like some doctors are. Has taken good care of the 4 of us with no issues to complain about. When we hear about other peoples complaints of their doctors, were grateful we have no complaints...only complements.
I wouldn't recommend this doctor's office. I was transferred to this doctor about 3 years ago and I've yet to actually see him. I've only been seen by the NP on duty. Wait time WITH AN appointment is around 30 minutes. You call for an urgent appointment and they tell you they can see you in 1-2 weeks! I've had to go to the urgent care because who can wait that long for urgent appointments!...
I wouldnt recommend this doctors office for many reasons but mainly after rescheduling appt. 8 mths previous and the doctor canceling also bc the doctor only Tuesdays and Thursday they sent a letter saying we did connect well . That same day the letter was sent my blood work had came in so wondering was that the reason they did not like the results or bc I changed an appt to much 8 mths ago...
