I have lived near Over Under for nearly 4 years now, often driving by or jogging by. The exterior of this place doesn't really beg people to come in. Also their hours seem to be strange. I found this place about 6 years ago and they have the best cheesesteaks outside of Philly.
The servers have always been really sweet young gals - sure the place gets crowded and sopmetimes there is only one person working the bar/tables but they are always nice and try their best to get you what you want right away.
