The service was horrible. Took 10 minutes to be able to order drinks. Shrimp came out raw and my steak was not cooked well. Waitress was nonexistent. Couldn't even get a refill.

Very, very slow service. The steak was overdone and there was water sitting on to of all the dressing for the salads. Everyone was super nice though.

I so badly want this to be a good restaurant! When they are on their game, it can be a great place to eat. Unfortunately it is way more miss than hit....

Friendly service - overcooked steak

This is a standard Outback with friendly service. The food was overcooked. The restaurant was only moderately clean. Convenient to the Hampton Inn next door, but otherwise no reason to go out of your way to eat here.
