Sunday lunch - VERY slow service

Wife, twin 15 year old boys and I had lunch here on a Sunday afternoon after visiting WalMart for tennis racquets. Since we have been eating at Outback in various places for years, we expected a consistent experience.

Ambiance is okay...Good food! Good service too! I was served with overcooked broccoli and they replaced it. Also i ordered a rare steak but i figured i prefer a medium one so they said they can make it medium and they did!
The server always make sure we have drinks filled up!

Not as easy to find due to the way Hilton Head is set up without any neon signs. Food was consistent, service was spot on, and ticket times were quick. Great meal.

Always nice to eat at a restaurant chain that is consistant! And the food at Outback is always above average. Great soups, wings, salads and steaks all the time.
Service is always good too and we've always had the manager come along and ask us how our meal is. Nice touch. Highly recommend.
