Went there with the family for Fathers Day and Sat there for almost 30 minutes without anyone waiting on us. Very aggravating when you have 3 kids who are hungry and can't even get a drink order. Told the staff and their reaction was pitiful! They didn't care at all that we got up and left!

watched the tv ad saying lunch 7 days a week, drove up from morehead round trip 120 miles, and not open, waste of gas and time, need to pull that tv ad

If I could give zero stars I would!! Worst experience going out to eat. Don't know why they can't follow simple instructions.

I would give it 3 1/2 stars if I could, between "average" and "very good". First time for me at Outback. We tried back on a Saturday night during the winter but the wait was over an hour. (At least they were honest). This time we went earlier and called ahead, got a table right away at 6 pm on...
