This was great! I completed a 30 day camp and I really enjoyed the workouts. It was a lot more effective than aerobic classes at 24 hour fitnes, and interesting because the exercises were new and not anything I had seen in a gym. I reccommended this to my friends and they loved it. I can fit into some clothes that I havent worn in years.
