Otto's provides an awesome alternative to going all the typical places that around DeKalb... If you want to go to a place and relax, play pool, or maybe see some kick-ass band.....Otto's will hook you up. Its a bar you can sit and have a conversation in without being bumped into by a boatload of drunk girls in their night club clothes or guys chanting to down shots to their favorite team...
