Price for the products are good and competitive. As for interacting with the rep, Acnodes discontinued a model we had purchased years ago, however, the rep was great enough to recommend the replacement model. Despite buying from them years ago, they still have a solid customer service and product. I would recommend this to others as well.

Bought a panel PC to replace our aging panel. Very happy with the product we received. The panel is very sturdy and rated for outdoor use. This is more convenient for us now.

Acnodes has been a great and reliable business to work with. We've had troubles in the past with getting rack mount PCs ourselves, but when we used acnodes' website, it was such a breeze.

Overall I am definitely pleased with the way Acnodes present and handle their customers. If you are in need of panel mount PCs or LCD workstations, then I can definitely recommend this to businesses. Their website doesn't always show the many configurations that you would want. We usually have to call them to place our specific configuration order. I'd start off by saying the website is very easy to navigate. I've browsed through many different sites that sell the panel pc we needed, but most suffer from complicated and confusing navigation. If you know what you need ( I can't imagine one in the industry and not know what they need) and search the model that fits your criteria.
