Customer service is lacking. I had to make several phone calls and was put on long holds before finally speaking to someone. My two phone messages were never returned. The person taking the appointment was not friendly either and sounded impatient.

Dr Seade was straightforward, clear and very friendly. He was knowledgeable and respectful. That used to go without saying among doctors, but I have had my share of pompous, can't be bothered with the patients, questions type. Dr Seade took my crumpled, broken and shattered clavicle and put it back into a tidy bone that operates well and does not hurt! He knew he would have to follow up... more

Dr. Josey did neck surgery on my husband, and he was pain free literally upon waking up. He had been suffering for several months. His staff is courteous and helpful, and we always feel at home in his office.
