The sales person was very attentive and explained which bed would be best for my sleeping needs. I was also able to use the $100. off coupon which was nice. Same day delivery and I am sleeping much better with my new bed that offers the proper support.

OMG, I bought a bed from Mattress Gallery on the phone. I live in West Hollywood, and visit the store and decided to buy the bed when I got home. I called in WeHo Store, and they didn't have the bed/size I want, I called another one at another location, they told me all their inventory comes from 1 warehouse, so if I wanted it over in 2 days, I have to pick another size, so I did. The person taking my order entered my name incorrectly into thier system and didn't correct it leading to problems getting a refund later. They were out of stock and had been for some time. When I purchased the mattress they told me it would be in Saturday and waited till Friday to tell me that it would be another week until it was available.
