Great place to really build your abs and flexibility!
This is a great workout for people just starting to work out. ORS works your abs hard, and really improves your flexibility. Your arms and legs get some workout too, but not nearly as much as your abs (aka = "your powerhouse"). It's easy enough for beginners, but I think still challenging for advanced.

I love to come here for yoga. I have noticed in the last several months that I am more flexible and able to breath a little easier. Yoga is very fun to do if you have been considering it.
I've been coming to pilates classes at ORS Pilates for 3 months now, and I've seen incredible results. I'm now more flexible, have much stronger abs and back muscles, and (with the help of a better diet) have lost about 23 pounds. I strongly recommend this place if you want to get in shape and lose weight. The environment is fun and not intimidating, but you still get a great workout.

ORS Pilates is the best studio in downtown Los Angeles. I have been working out there twice a week since it opened its doors. My instructor, Sarah, is the best. She really pushes me at every session with new and challenging exercises. She attends training sessions for instructors frequently, so we never do the same old thing week after week.
