Where does one start - this practice under the leadership of Dr. Cannarozzi was great at one time and headed in the right direction. Now they seem to have lost touch with the most important part of running a medical practice - the patient!

Communications are poor, providers visits seem disjointed, scheduling is haphazard at best.

I love the doctor and the staff, but it is impossible to get through on the phone to get a question answered. They just put you on hold. I've tried 4 times this morning...gave up after 10 minutes, then 14, then 20, then 10. Pressing zero to interrupt the music doesn't work, nor does pressing asterix. No way to know if the phone number works... none of the choices resulted in finding anyone to...
