LOVED the customer service here! We had a full explanation with visuals, about mattresses, how they're made and what constitutes as quality. No runaround when it comes to price! No haggling or giving any discounts on already overpriced products! The price is the price! & I respect that! Btw, their prices beat any mattress store we looked at, by at least several hundred dollars! Lifetime warranty!

I think this place has the best customer service of any of the places we shopped for mattresses. 2 years later, one of the plastic wheels breaks off the frame, and they give me a replacement wheel for free. Just really solid product, people who know about the product selling it to you (unlike most of the mall stores we went to), and I have a comfort level with the product as a result.

Very Helpful, no pressure. Kudzu

We stoped by the Original Mattress Factory twice wile bed shopping. Both time we were plesently surprised at the helpful nature of teh staff without any pressure to purchase. Price were very reasonable too!
