Great customer service and fast exchange. They were very helpful aiding me in finding the right part. Though their site and the manufacturers site said the part would fit. No one to blame at all. In and out in about 5 minutes. Very friendly and courteous.

I had a headlight out, and really didn't want to get half way through replacing it before discovering I needed a tool I don't have, so I hopped down the street and bought the bulb here. Horrible horrible customer service.... One guy in the front with four guys in the back joking around and playing grab ass...... After waiting 5 minutes I walked out.... Won't ever go back.

Great service from Sara. Really crappy service and attitude from Evelyn. Why does she work here if she doesn't enjoy customer service? Overall, a mixed experience. Sara did a great job installing the wiper blades.
