One should use extreme caution if bringing in a vacuum to be fixed with this business. I brought in my Kenmore canister vacuum and initially received a free quote from the manager of ~$75 to clean the motor in order to get it working properly again. I confirmed with the manager that he believed this would essentially fix my vacuum so I agreed to pay the estimate. Within a day or so I receive a call from another employee who stated that there was another issue (which she could not state in words) and the quote would go up to ~$180 to fix it. Not being sure the vacuum is even worth that...
