i have worn eye glasses for 55 years and neverhad to have 4 repairs in one year. cost 1000.00 and was ripped off.

My family has been going to Dr. Ratner, Optometric Express, for many years. The eye exams are thorough and Dr. Ratner explains everything to us. The staff is friendly and professional. They help with glasses....and even convinced me that I should go with a less expensive frame than the one I was looking at. They are so caring and helpful. I would recommend Optometric Express to anyone who asked...

Poor Customer Service/Dishonesty

Beware when shopping for eye glasses for they are dishonest and will talk you into buying glasses you don't need just to make a profit. Recently I purchased some glasses I was not happy with and it ended up in a nightmare. They have very poor customer service and not very friendly. My advice is to shop elsewhere for eye glasses for their prices are too high. Your best bet is to shop around....

I had my appointment on 1/22. Great experience with Dr. Ratner, great guy, great staff, the dog is nice and harmless. I was told 7-10 business days to get my glasses in. In the meantime, I referred 2 co-workers and they had an appointment on 1/27. They both got their glasses 5 business days later. Today is my 11th day without glasses, so I finally call. They failed to inform me that the lab was having problems such as lenses not passing inspection, scratches, they broke the frame and Optometric Express had to send out a new frame yesterday and failed to call me to let me know that there...
