The software is very robust. The customer service is slow to respond and at times extremely unprofessional. If I could go back in time and pick another HR software, I would do so immediately. Doing so now would cost a significant amount of time and money. When our contract comes up for renewal, I will highly recommend that we switch to a company that has a better attitude towards their...
