I have had previous surgeries and I've been to other physical therapy offices in the yonkers area and I have to say I was very impressed with Optimum Physical Therapy. Their staff is very attentive and caring. I could not lift my arm when I first came and I left being able to do everything with it. What I thought would be a drudge, turned out to be a for filling healing time. I cannot thank them enough. I am so glad my MD referred me to Optimum.

Before I came to optimum physical therapy the pain in my back was unbearable and consuming every minute of the day. Since my first visit I was confident that Margaret and her staff knew exactly what they were doing and how they can help me. These past 8 weeks have been life changing and spirit lifting. I remember barely being able to tie my shoes and now I am bicycling for miles.

this facility is wonderful. when i came to optimum P.T. my back pain was terrible. i couldn't walk or go to work. after being treated with the therapist margaret, i was able to get back to work. i highly recommend this place for their professionalism and personal care. the facility is clean and well equiped. i would always go back if i need therapy.

BEWARE!!

horrible place the therapist has the workers do her job! the receptionist is loud annoying and a butt kisser! she uses same white stain towels on everybody and the sticky pads also! Also has one young lady in the treatment room working alone while the three in the reception area chat away! Do not come here she does not care about anyone!! i went there left because she was sending others to work on me! she seems sweet but she the opposite!! Waste of my time
