I was out at a shopping center in Fort wayne, and I had a large crack in my windshield. After a long afternoon of shopping I came out to my car to see the whole windshied had shattered, no way could I drive with it like that. They came with the new one within a hour and put it in, come to find out the heat had caused the air inside the car to expand and caused the crack to shatter.
