We absolutely LOVE living in this community. So much so that when we needed a larger space for our growing family we sold and bought another unit here!The community of neighbors is a huge plus....

I love living here. I have always decorated my house madly and it was never against any rule I know of. Community living is not for everyone, there are rules, but this is my 2nd condo, and the rules are standard, but the HOA fees are significantly lower here. I can just toss my kayak into the marina and enjoy the harbor seals, bat mantas, and pelicans. Such a beautiful place!
