He made sure our dog was comfortable with him as he entered and re-entered our home as he did the check- up on our furnace. He made sure we understood what he did during the seasonal maintenance and explained our options for some potential upgrades. All the techs @ One Hour have been great, and we always recommend Rohrer's One Hour Heating & AC to anyone who asks.

Excellent customer service. Not only did the owner show up for the installation, but we had four service men here at one point in time. The appointment started and finished in the time stated. Service man Dave L. was very helpful in answering my questions on our new furnace and air conditioning units. Both Dave L and Gabe were polite and courteous for the whole install. I would highly recommend...
